Find care by insurance plan

Start with your carrier to see the providers and facilities that report accepting it, then filter down to your specialty and city.

Accepted plans are reported by the practice or taken from the public listing data we import, and networks change often. Always confirm with both your insurer and the office before you book.

How to confirm you're in network

  1. 1. Read your plan name, not just the logo. Carriers run many networks. "Aetna" or "Blue Cross Blue Shield" on a card does not tell you which network the plan uses — the plan name below it does.
  2. 2. Check the carrier's own directory. Each carrier page here links to the insurer's official find-a-doctor tool, which is the authoritative source for your specific plan.
  3. 3. Call the office and ask two questions. Do you accept my plan, and are you in network with it? A practice can accept a carrier without being in network, which changes what you pay.
  4. 4. Ask for an estimate in writing. If you are paying cash or the plan may not cover the visit, you can request a Good Faith Estimate before a scheduled service.
